About Our Event Site – How to Find Us
The 38th Annual Chicago International Coin Fair will be held in Rosemont, Illinois, a Northwest suburb of Chicago located adjacent to O’Hare Airport.  Our headquarters hotel and site of all CICF events is the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare, 5440 North River Road, Rosemont, Illinois 60018. Complimentary courtesy van pickup service is provided to and from the Holiday Inn from the shuttle bus center at O’Hare Airport. Directional signage in the airport baggage claim area will direct you to the shuttle bus center.

About Our Event

The Chicago International Coin Fair is one of the most popular conventions in the United States serving the interests of collectors and dealers of world coins and paper money as well as ancient coins, antiquities and allied collectibles. It features a major auction of world and ancient numismatic rarities cataloged and conducted by Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas, Texas, a 100 booth bourse area featuring leading dealers in the field from 30 states and several foreign countries, as well as club meetings and educational programs.



Bourse Area Hours

The 100 booth bourse area, a central feature of the Chicago International Coin Fair, will operate during the following hours:

•   Thursday, April 18, 2013         
     2PM-6PM   
     Professional Preview - $50 Registration Fee
   
•   Friday, April 19, 2013                  
    10AM-6PM    Booth holders at 9AM
   
•   Saturday, April 20, 2013                               
    10AM-6PM    Booth holders at 9AM
   
•   Sunday, April 21, 2013                            
    10AM-1PM    Booth holders at 9AM

Admission during the Friday-Sunday public hours is $5 for a three day pass valid for the duration of the CICF. Children 16 and under are admitted free. Admission is free on Sunday.

The cost of dealer booth space at the Chicago International Coin Fair ranges from $600 to $1,350 depending on booth size and configuration.  In keeping with the overall focus of the CICF, dealers participating should have inventories of a primarily world or ancient numismatic material or antiquities.
   

Hotel Accommodations
The Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare is the host hotel and site of all Chicago International Coin Fair events, including the bourse, Heritage auction, as well as club meetings and educational programs.  Please call the hotel at (888) 233-9527 and ask for the special $112 Chicago International Coin Fair rate.
