Mint Stats: Presidential Dollar Listings Take Over Space
By David C. Harper
December 13, 2007

Who would have thought I would be writing about asterisks for two weeks in a row? The asterisk was put back on the "W" uncirculated silver American Eagle in the box below.

The Mint has sold another 15,421 in the new 2007 annual uncirculated dollar coin set. I have to find a spot for this number to be routinely reported.

Speaking of spots, the new $1 Presidential coin sets have arrived. I had to kick out the Greetings from America series to make room. We will see how their popularity develops.

Madison First Spouse has kicked out Kennedy. They will be sold into 2008.

The Mint has run out of 2007 gold, silver and platinum American Eagles for its distribution network so the November numbers are it for the year.
